Our team is happy to assist remotely with Technical Consultations and PointCloud Registrations.
We truly believe in minimizing travel. In general we only provide field services within British Columbia and remote regions where travel is necessary no matter where you live. We do not in practice travel outside of British Columbia for Field services. We believe in building relationships and having local firms capture data for us, and then we register and provide the data for our clients.
We also can train your personnel to utilize one of our scanners in the filed, for those remote jobs, when it costs not only money, but time to bring another team member. We'll de-brief your technician on the ground how to scan in the field with one of our scanners. They can bring the scanner with them, complete the in-situ capture, and we'll look after processing and registering the data.
We are always available for virtual consultations. This is the era of Virtual! And we believe in this by reducing the necessity of having multiple people travel. The Purpose of Digital Transformation (Laser Scanning / 360 Photos etc.) is to reduce site visits and share on the internet. We at 3DLS believe in making this happen for your team.
Following on the "V" for virtual, that is why we are happy to train your team for data capture. We are completing reality capture to lead to BIM/VDC and lean construction, which means minimizing manpower travel and people at a site. After all, that is the purpose of Laser Scanning and Reality Capture.
